Jurisdiction over corporate taxes: FHC v TAT

We have received a certified copy of the recent judgement by the Federal High Court on the treatment of recharges by nonresident companies filing returns under the deemed profit tax regime. More importantly is the fundamental question regarding the jurisdiction of the Tax Appeal Tribunal over federal taxes.
